She serves as Dean of the Faculty of International Relations at Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University in Lutsk, Ukraine, and as Professor of the Department of International Relations. She is the guarantor of the educational and scientific program "International Relations and Strategic Communications of Ukraine and the EU."

Mr. Cătălin-Gabriel Done holds the academic title of Dottore di Ricerca in Political Science, awarded by the University of Naples Federico II (Department of Political Science), and serves as Vice President of Experts for Security and Global Affairs (ESGA), Romania. An expert in Nordic security and cooperation, his research focuses on regional cooperation frameworks in the Nordic area, analysing structures such as the Nordic Council, Arctic Council, NORDEFCO, Joint Expeditionary Force, BEAC, Arctic Five/5+5, and the Multinational Nordic Battle Group, as well as the European integration project of the Scandinavian states. His research interests include regional security, Russia–Scandinavian relations, Russia–EU dynamics, religious diplomacy, and cross-border and local regional cooperation and integration initiatives within the Nordic space.

Marin Gherman is a political scientist, journalist, and writer. He is a lecturer at Ștefan cel Mare University of Suceava in Romania and President and Editor-in-Chief of the BucPress Media Center in Chernivtsi. He is also Director of the Institute of Political Studies and Social Capital in Chernivtsi, Ukraine, and holds a PhD in Political Science. He is a member of the Scientific and Expert Council of the international network Erasmus Expertise in Paris and Editor-in-Chief of the ICR magazine Glasul Bucovinei / The Voice of Bukovina (Chernivtsi–Bucharest).
